· Four things I can feel: The texture of my clothing, the solid earth beneath my feet... these sensations bring me back to my body, a safe harbor amidst the storm.
· Three things I can hear: Sounds, whether near or far, remind me that life continues all around, a symphony in which my own worries are but fleeting notes.
· Two things I can smell: Scents have the power to transport and ground us, connecting us to the immediate and the tangible.
· One thing I can taste: Even the absence of taste can focus the mind, drawing us back to the simplicity of being.
Once grounded, a journey inward begins, leading to the discovery of a space filled with silence, stillness, and infinite possibility. In this sanctuary, every sound emerges from and dissolves back into silence, every movement unfolds in an expanse of stillness, and every object exists within a boundless space.
This silence, stillness, and space are not just fleeting experiences but the very essence of our being. They are the canvas upon which the events of our lives are painted, the screen onto which our experiences are projected. 🌌
